Since when are you having this trouble? What kind of project are you trying to download (PDF, JPG, PNG or MP4)? Does your project have many media files in it? We may require more info to check for this issue.
Also, you can try working on a different browser or after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser or other recommended browsers to check if that makes any difference.
