Text elements is not loaded or reloaded

I tried to use text elements for my projects. WHen i clicked "Add text", it says the text elements are not reloading and stops my project. I can't do "Add your new text " . Only image adding , shape , cartoon elements are working.

Thanks for your patience. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? If you have installed any pop-blocker, try disabling it and trying again. Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and let us know if that helps.
