the new version is just terrible

I've just created a new project and I'm not able to save it or download it in any format. It hasn't been saved automatically. Also when I try to open some of my old projects, (using Google Chrome, Windows 10) they don't get opened at all! Many of the fonts that were free in the previous version are now premium. This new version is really frustrating and disappointing, will switch to different provider.

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Could you please let us know when you have been unable to download it? Are you getting any error messages? Which browser are you using? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Did you recently install any extensions in your browser?

 

Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies. You can check this link for more info on how to clear cache and cookies from the browser: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
