The "undo" button isn't working! What do we do?

I rely heavily on "undo".  Is this just me, or are others experiencing the same?  No matter what edits I make, the undo (and redo) arrows remain grayed out.

Hi @BethNFCU, I tried it from my end, and it seems to work fine for me. Can you please try these steps:

  • Try clearing the browser cache  
  • Test in incognito/private browsing mode
  • Sometimes, a simple restart of your device can clear up any underlying issues affecting app performance.
