The web page doesn't work correctly

Tengo un problema, mis proyectos de pagina web no se pasaron de forma correcta a la nueva version, si usas un tema personalizado, al momento de visualizarlo desde el movil te aparece una cenefa con el nombre del tema en la parte superior e inferior.

¿Cuando van a arreglar los errores? Estoy pagando una mensualidad, necesito respuestas.
