There is dishonesty within adobe, my files are missing

My file named DESIGN-THE-LOOK-WOMENS-STYLISH-ACCESSORIES-ONLINE with about 29 pages and different versions of the image attached. This happened a little after Tuesday, ‎December ‎26, ‎2023, ‏‎7:33:47 PM prior I had a 3 week ongoing issue where I was not able to download any of my projects and I had to use chat support to invite agents into my store to get access to my store and download them for me. Here are he 3 agents I remember chatting with [Sensitive information removed by Moderator] Each agent accessed my account and provided the downloads in different ways. I recall one agent creating a whole separate link and provided me with the link where I had to download the project from a link they created form within my AE account. I believe that either there is some dishonesty within Adobe and agents are stealing users projects they work hard on or; whom ever is intergrading the changes in adobe express is messing things up badly and the users are paying for this disaster of a mishap and items users create for their business ect are now being lost or taken. I also expressed the I did not accidently delete my project, and if I did it should have been recoverable and it is no where in my account to be found. The same day I my project dissappeared I contacted chat support to get help anf got the agent Shivam who suggested to share my screen. I was very upset and at this point did not feel adobe trustworthy because how my project just seemed to up and disappear. I'd like to also mention that Ive never had a missing project or a project dissapper up until now. The agent sent a download to share my screen and instead of asking questions to investigate made me feel very uncomfortable asking me to. as he said to me that he does not have access to my PC he tool control of my mouse without asking after the stated in the chat that he had no control. He then asked me if he could collect logs and I declined because I have been using Adobe online, he didnt even inquire about that. Is there anyone who can assist to resolve this issue because this is a serious problem and seems to be happening to many other user so now why are my project all of a sudden dissaperring at the time of me seeking assistance form agents with the resolution method of inviting them in my AE account to assist me?
