This program runs very slow. I have tried downloading my file multiple times with no luck. All the fonts are not loading correctly either.

Sorry to hear you are running into these issues. Could you provide more details:

• What happens when you try to donwload: do you get an error message, or does it not complete? Which format are you downloading as: png/jpeg/mp4/pdf
• Which fonts are not loading: Adobe fonts or custom fonts you had previously uploaded?
