I'm trying to create a flyer in Adobe Express.

I'm getting message that says, "Can't save" - "You no longer have access to Adobe Express. Contact your admin for details."

BUT I AM THE ADMIN.

I tried to do another 30-day Trial, but I got a warning saying that the purchase isn't supported because I already own Adobe Express.

I just need to create a flyer for an Open House happening TOMORROW!

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance!

Just piling on here. I spent an hour making a flyer I need TODAY. When I hit download, Adobe says, "We're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon." It doesn't download. It is not autosaving either. I've tried to duplicate the file and it's stuck loading with a "Getting everything ready" twirling icon. This is a fail. I am a member. I pay a monthly subscription to the entire creative suite. This program has this problem earlier this year and now it's back. Fail.

Does anyone at Adobe have a solution to this?

Hi

@andreac3846756

@Kevin389482719lac

,

Thanks for your patience. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

Did you try the steps mentioned here- https://adobe.ly/4cCouaQ

Regards,
