Unable to download any video files

Every file I create with animation or video throws the same error that it is unable to be downloaded. I created content from the presized canvas and custom sized-- both produce the same error. This has occurred on 10+ projects and has caused me to have to use different software to create content. I have cleared cache, advanced, all time multiple times. I have tried Incognito browswer. I have tried on my VPN and off my VPN. Please advise on how to download this content.

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know the format of the files you're unable to download? Are you getting any error messages? If yes, could you please share the screenshot of the error?

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Did you try on incognito mode? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.
