Unable to download movie

Trying to download an .mp4 file that I created and I'm getting the "Download Failed" pop-up. We tried several different troubleshooting steps, to no avail.

I am trying to download my video file and it keeps telling me an error has occurred please try again. But the same thing keeps happening.

i tried to remove the triangle red errror message showing up on the image but still i am unable to download my video.

There was a minor hiccup for US-based users. Can you please confirm if your video projects are getting downloaded without any issues?

If you still have trouble downloading them, please share the project ID (project URL) so we can investigate.

We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know if you're using video from Adobe Stock or your videos. Did you try duplicating the video to see if that helps? Please ensure you're not seeing any error in the video before downloading it.
