Unable to download my video - error

I've tried downloading my video many times over the last hour and I keep getting this unhelpful error.

 

I was previously able to download the video today. I'm on a Mac + Chrome, good WiFi. I've tried reloading the page and logging out and back in.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • Try a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.
  • Try exporting the project in a different format.
  • check from the mobile app and see if its working or not.
