Unable to download Video slides at all

1. I have been facing this technical issue since the use of the new version of express. "An error occured while downloading your file. Please try again. "
2. I just can't download video projects. I tried duplicating the file and singling out the slides but the error persists for every slide.
3. Expecting quick resolvement of the issue here.

Hi, often, the easiest way to resolve failed downloads is to try the download again using a different browser. For example, if you're using Internet Explorer on Windows, try Firefox. If you're using Firefox on Mac OS, try Safari. Let us know if that helps. Thanks ^CA
