Unable to insert certain photos

I am unable to insert certain photos - these are taken with the same camera and are in the same format as those photos I am able to insert. They are even smaller in size

Is it from the mobile app or the browser? It would also greatly help us if you could include a screen recording of your steps and the images you're trying to insert. Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I have since given up and moved on. While not my first choice, I just ended up using photos that did work.

I appreciate you taking the time to address my problem but I will no longer be seeking a solution.
