Unable to open file

I have a design file which includes a number of content in different sizes. For the past 2-3 weeks I am unable to open the file - it stays on loading page for approx 15-20 minutes then comes up with an error page and requests me to refresh. Have done this multiple times over multiple weeks and still can't open

If you've not tried yet, you can clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version using a different browser or in incognito mode.
