Hey @Raphael Sergent Sorry that this is happening. You may want to do one at a time. I find that FB and IG work well together; so, you could group them together. Then do the other accounts seperately.
Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
Thanks for your answer but as show the file is not upload and social media don't appear at all.When i click to "Start Connecting" that appear all accounts are connected correctly.
Btw i try with the Adobe Express on iPhone but same issue.
Yes i clear caches and others browers but same issue again.
I am also having this problem. Not able to schedule anything, just create drafts. When I go to connect the accounts, they are already connected... Hoping Adobe fixes this soon.
Sorry to hear that this is a continuing problem. Maybe disconnect and reconnect your accounts or just wait. At the moment, Adobe is getting ready for Adobe Max. They are probably doing a lot back end work at the moment: testing, migrating, and such.
