Unexpected Behaviour with Express Presentations

New Here ,
May 08, 2025 May 08, 2025

I'm working on a laptop and when I select a template for a presentation with multiple pages it keeps launching once I click on it rather than showing me a preview. Could you please get your developers to investigate?

Hey @Matt341898994vtq, Welcome to our Adobe Express community! Thanks for posting here!

Can you please specify the workflow you're following for this? We'd like to know where and how you're accessing the presentations. If you could share a screen recording, it'd help the most.

Thanks!

Amitej

Hi

@Matt341898994vtq

,

Thanks for sharing the screen recording. We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies, check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV.

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun

Thanks for your response. Have you recently installed any plugins/extensions on your browser? Did you try on another browser, apart from Edge?

Regards,

Tarun
