Every time I open a file, Adobe duplicates the file instead of opening the original. They're called "Untitled". I need to access the original and can't, instead I have a page full of unnecessary duplicates.
We're sorry for the delay. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, Incognito mode and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
