I'd be very grateful if someone could get back to me and explain why a program that worked perfectly has been changed so drastically. Express is now a lot more difficult to use, features that worked previously like adding and editing text are now an absolute chore, assets that I was using as part of ongoing projects have been removed altogether and you have rendered hundreds of hours of my work inaccessible (either due to assets/effects being removed or because every time I try to convert my old projects express crashes) I am not happy at all that I am paying for a service that worked perfectly well and have now been effectively downgraded and lost a lot of my ongoing projects. I use this program for all aspects of my business including web graphics, social media, product packaging and stationary. Due to your unwanted update I am seriously reconsidering using any of your services at all. I'd be grateful if someone could get back to me and let me know whether it is possible to roll back to the previous version. Alternatively I will be looking for compensation for the hundreds of hours worth of work that have been rendered useless by your unneccesary and unwanted update. Regards
