Update Assets Error on every video uploaded

New Here ,
Apr 20, 2025 Apr 20, 2025

For the past week, when working in videos on adobe express, I have been encountering the same error where it says:
Update Assets, and then you click it, and the assets that need to be updated are videos. As you can imagine, this is quite frustrating because it takes a long time to upload video footage.
Once the videos have been re-uploaded, the next error is "We're working on your file." Once that goes away, it appears you can download, and it goes right back to assets need to be updated.
It's a loop that keeps happening without any different result.
I am not able to download videos because of this bug.

Hey @Without An H, Welcome to our Adobe Express community.

Thanks for reaching out. This is not an experience we'd like you to have.

Please confirm if this is also happening with other projects, or is it just this specific one? Have you tried working on a different browser or in incognito/private browsing mode to check if that makes any difference? Try duplicating the project and downloading the newer one. Also, could you share the complete workflow in a screen recording and the project URL with us so we can investigate it on our end?

Let us know! We are here to help.

Best,

Amitej
