I tried using the chat bot service and it wasn't able to solve my problem. It took me to this webpage - https://helpx.adobe.com/nz/express/using/custom-fonts.html#sa_src=web-messaging - and the steps it describes are not appearing on my version of Adobe Express.
The chat bot said that the Chat Agents were closed and did not understand when I asked it when they would be open. It is 11:15am GMT+12 where I am. Is there an email service so I can solve this?
