URGENT File Cannot be Converted

Community Beginner ,
May 14, 2024 May 14, 2024
When I try to open a file created last month I keep getting the error message saying they have failed to covert my file to the new version. "Sorry Something Went Wrong! We couldn't convert your file. Please try again." I need these files to be editable. I'm assuming the majority of my files have failed to be converted to the updated adobe express. I would like to not have to duplicate work that I have done already. I would be very grateful for your support.

I updated the app last month to the new version because it appeared to be what I was expected to do. Now all of my files that I have been working on before the update have failed to convert and I have to start from scratch. "Sorry, something went wrong! We couldn't convert your file. Please try again." This is message is appearing on both my desktop and on my mobile device.

@default37399067cgow4b, I'm sorry you're having trouble.

A workaround is downloading the mobile application and converting all your files to the new version.

Let me know how it goes.

@Lyn_D

Unfortunately I am getting this message on the mobile app already.

These files were created in the mobile app.

IMG_5135.PNGI downloaded the file from the desktop editor. But uploading them didn't allow me to edit the parts of the images. It's just like uploading and editting a regular photo or image. So it doesn't change the fact that I have to duplicate the labor of recreating the graphics.

I need attention from an Adobe staff memebr who can ensure the my files files are converted to the new version (which is what they stated they would be).
