When I do anything either editing or creating video, it won't download. This has been happening for a while. Is there a fix coming?

I couldn't download long videos (1 hour) in Adobe Express, but I found the solution and it's better to use Adobe Premier Rush to edit the videos, it's better because it has a desktop application (the Adobe Express one uses the browser and support told me that it has problems at the moment). I’ve had the same issue with downloading videos after editing or creating them. It’s been frustrating, especially when you put in all that work, and the file just won’t download.
