Hi @Eifion Svartberget, thanks for sharing this! It seems to be a file access-related issue. Please try going to iPhone's Settings > Apps > Adobe Express and see if 'Allow access for Photos' is set to 'Full Access'.
You may also want to check if the app is updated to its latest available version. If this doesn't work, I suggest reinstalling the app once and sharing your observations.
