I am trying to collab with a colleague. She made a newsletter on the 'Webpage'. added me a collaborator. but I cannot access it. The loading icon flickers on screen but never opens. I could view the 'preview' of the newsletter but could not edit it. My colleague left the webpage and then went back on to edit. but is now unable to edit and has the same issue as I did. Where it would load but never appear. We both now cannot edit the newspaper. Could you please let us know what to do. Thanks

Trying to open a webpage to edit it, but it just hangs up loading and I can't do anything. Is anyone else seeing this, Adobe is showing all systems up which is obviously a lie.
Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Our team investigated and worked on a fix for this issue. Can you please try again and let us know if it works for you?
