Website Anchor links are not navigating to headings

Explorer ,
Apr 11, 2025 Apr 11, 2025

When we create anchor links for an adobe express website, they are navigating to the bottom of the page rather than navigating to the Heading that the anchor link was copied from.  We are trying to have links from table of contents to website items. This is a new bug and random. It does not happen for all anchor links or all of the student's web pages.

Hi @Karen Schaeffer

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Could you share the link (you can DM me if you prefer)?

Thanks

We just recently started having this problem with a newsletter we are working on. It happens on certain computers but not on all of them for the same newsletter.

Hello @Rob37566677ufnq,  sorry for any frustration caused. To better understand and resolve this problem, please ensure all computers are using the latest version of Adobe Express and try using the same browser on all computers. Clearing the browser cache and cookies on the affected computers and testing the internet connection can also help. If the issue persists, please share screenshots or recordings of the issue. This will help us understand and assist you more effectively.

Thanks,

Chaimaa

Hi, we're experiencing the same issue. We've wiped cookies & cache, and tried incognito browsers etc, but it seems to consistently be an issue on Chrome and Firefox. It has worked on Edge in the past. Here's an example link - it should land at the top heading but lands at the bottom: https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/cws3gtUJzAdvV#welcome-letter-from-sue-riddlestone-obe

lands here, should land at top of letter.png
