Won't allow download/share

I have made some invites but whenever i try to download/share these i simply get the 'working on it' message appear. this doesn't disappear and i'm not able to download it or share it. i have tried on both chrome and edge and neither works. please help!!

Can you refresh the page and try again? We suggest opening a page in incognito mode. Clearing the cache/cookies from the browse may be necessary.

If the issues persist, please send a screenshot or a screen record so we can see what you're experiencing.
