Hello, everyone!
We'd like to remind you that Adobe Express is not officially supported on any BETA versions of operating systems, including iOS, iPadOS, Android, macOS, or Windows. For desktop users, the same applies to beta versions of web browsers.
Beta versions can be unstable, contain bugs, and change frequently, causing compatibility issues with apps and services.
What you need to know!
If you're using a beta OS and encounter issues while using the product, we recommend switching to the last official OS version to ensure the best performance and compatibility.
Important Links!
Note: We only support Adobe Express on official OS & browser versions to ensure a smooth and consistent user experience.

Hi @cloonans,
Thank you for your feedback, and sorry for the trouble. Since you're using iOS 26 Beta, some compatibility issues may occur. Please try the following steps:
Make sure you're using the latest version of the app
Close background apps to free up system resources
Ensure there’s enough storage available on your device
If the issue continues, we recommend using a stable iOS version where possible. We appreciate your understanding.

I am writing to report a critical bug I've been consistently experiencing with the Adobe Express mobile application. The app completely freezes and becomes
unresponsive when I try to access certain sections from the home screen.
Problem Description:
Whenever I tap on any of the options under the "Quick editing tools" section (like 'Remove background', 'Animate characters', etc.) or any of my projects in the "Recent files" section, the application hangs indefinitely. The only way to recover is to force-quit the app and relaunch it. The main navigation and other parts of the home screen seem to work fine, but these two specific sections are unusable for me at the moment.
I have recorded a screen video demonstrating this exact behavior, which I can provide upon request.
Steps to Reproduce:
Expected Result:
The app should open the selected tool or project file without freezing.
My System & App Details:
Application: Adobe Express Mobile
App Version: 28.1.0
Device: iPhone 15 Pro Max
Operating System: iOS 26 Developer Beta
I understand that using a developer beta version of an OS can cause instability. However, I wanted to report this issue so the engineering team is aware of it and can hopefully address it in a future update, as it may affect other beta testers and eventually the public release.
Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to a resolution.
Best regards,
Berkay

I can't open any single project. I've restarted my phone, signed out of this app, and deleted this app but yet nothing fixes this issue. I can open the app like normal but once I try to open any projects I get stuck on the express logo just flashing and flashing and flashing.
I'm using iPhone 16 Plus
Express 28.1.0
iOS 26.0
This app works and opens projects when I use it on my MacBook but not on my iPhone.

I used to be able to upload and add photos to projects on creative cloud express but recently I've been unable to add photos and use them in projects with the process being halted indefinitely whenever I click "Add your image" or any other alternative to adding an image (screenshot related) . So far I've tried logging in and out of the browser, trying other browsers, trying to see if it was possible to add photos on other projects, trying other devices ALTOGETHER, and all of them have had this same exact issue.

Hi Christian,
Sorry for the trouble. I hope this will help. Clearing browser cache and then logging in using a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or a similar window. Projects should be available usually afterward. You can try reinstalling the app, signing out of the app, and then signing back in. Try checking these things and report back with any observations. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.
Thanks
Manmeet

I'm having the same issue with my mobile app and my laptop. On my iphone when i select the photo to add the app just "glitches" and nothing is added. On my laptop there is a just a white box where the photo should be when my project is downloaded. I've reinstalled my app, cleared browser history... did you ever find a successful solution?

Hi
@cara35589242wxcg,
Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, could you please share the screen recording of the issue? Are you getting any error messages? Please help us elaborate on the issue more. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and let us know if that helps.
Regards,
Tarun

Hi, none of those possible fixes resolved the issue. I’m on a MacBook if that makes a difference. I simply click on the “add photos” button and nothing happens.
