Does anyone know how to fix this? The originaly mp4 uploaded does not have the border. Then when it's converted and downloaded as a GIF is has the weird border on it rather than the video being full size.

Thank you for reaching out, and we're sorry you're having trouble converting mp4 to GIF.

Could you kindly share a walkthrough video of the steps you're taking and the mp4 you're using?

Many thanks,

~Lyn 🙂

Whenever a video is not created in correct ratio there are high chances for the gif that will be exported from that end up having black border. One of the easiest way to fix is, make sure your screen dimension(both width and height) is a multiple of 4.
