4K Video Quality Issue After Exporting from Adobe Express

Community Beginner ,
Oct 28, 2025 Oct 28, 2025

I’m experiencing an issue with video quality after exporting from Adobe Express. I set the export resolution to 4K (Ultra HD) as required, but after uploading the video, the quality looks downgraded.

All export settings seem correct (resolution, format, and bitrate), so I’m not sure why this issue is happening. I’ve noticed similar results even after multiple attempts with different clips.

Could you please explain if Adobe Express applies any compression during export, or suggest the best settings to maintain full 4K quality after upload?

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Hi @Aleena Hashmi, Welcome to our Adobe Express community! Thanks for reaching out!

Can you please confirm if there are any uploaded assets in the video project you're trying to export in 4K? Additionally, would you be willing to share the project link with us, granting us edit access, so we can test and investigate this further? We will share the details on how to share the project ID, privately.

Let us know if it suits you. We are here to help!

Thanks!

Hi @Adobe Express Team,

Thank you so much for your quick response and support! 🙏

Yes, my video project does include uploaded assets  all visuals were created in MidJourney and then imported into Adobe Express for final editing and export in 4K.

I’d be happy to share the project link with edit access so you can review the issue in detail. Please let me know the best way or channel to share the project ID privately.

Looking forward to your guidance and resolution.

Best regards,
Aleena Hashmi

Sure, @Aleena Hashmi
I've sent you a community DM with details on how to share the project for investigation. Please look for the message icon in the top right corner of the community page. This is done to maintain privacy, as your project shouldn't be available on an open forum.

Hi @Aleena Hashmi, thanks for sharing the project. We tried exporting the project in 4K, and it seems to work fine without any issues. The exported quality looks intact. Would you be able to share the video asset used in the Express project for us to compare its quality?
