same problem here, duplicating doesn't work (same error on the copy), sharing it with someone else isn't a solution (am I meant to ask for their account's password or something? do I go around asking who has an adobe account? It's a personal project anyways, I wouldn't share it) and lastly, I only sign-in via one browser on one device so the last option isn't applicable..
Can someone just fix the bug?

Same problem here. My kids are doing projects for school and it won't let them edit them once they close them.

Try opening the project on the phone app, it's what they told me to do

I had the same issue. I was able to open my previously blocked project on the app, but it didn't fix the problem on my browser.

I had the same issue. I created and edited the new project on the iPad, but when I opened it in the browser, it showed "This project has custom brand elements."

I wish there was an option to remove the branded element and rework it, I had no idea that anything I used was "branded"

it won't sync on my phone, this is such an obnoxious user experience, one of the worst dark-patterns I've seen in UX.
"oh you won't pay extra besides your Photography Plan? how about we hold the project you just spent one hour hostage then, hmm, do you like that?" come on, cough up.
