Adobe express and co,our splash effects

Hi

I am not very good with technology. I have a new Windows 11 laptop and I want to do some creative things to my photos. I especially want to try colour splash.

I am really disappointed with Adobe express as it doesn't  seem to have this feature. It seems very basic. Can anyone advise me on the software I need to do this effect.

Hi Katlovespotato,

Thanks for the question. Although you can do some minor selection work such as remove background, creating the color splash type effect is beyond the capabilities of Adobe Express. I'd recommend using a program with more advanced features for working with selections and layers such as Photoshop or Photoshop Express.
