I'm using the Adobe Express app on iPhone. And have been since becore the new version was released.

Initially, the new version worked okay, a little bit buggy woth freezing and exiting unexpectedly, and not supper fast.

However, over the last week or so, it's become extremely slow, especially in trying to opload very small videos. Freezing is also much worse.

Is there an reason for it? Known server/backend issues perhaps?

Hi

@Elsa36866893j902

,

Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing performance issues with the Adobe Express app on your iPhone.

To better assist you, could you please provide some additional details:

  1. What version of iOS are you currently using on your iPhone?
  2. Have you noticed if the app slows down at specific times or under certain conditions?
  3. Are you experiencing similar issues with other apps on your device?
  4. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far, such as restarting your device or reinstalling the app?

Here are a few steps you can try to improve the app’s performance:

  1. Update the App: Ensure that you have the latest version of Adobe Express installed.
  2. Free Up Storage: Check your device’s storage. Low storage space can affect app performance. Try freeing up some space by deleting unnecessary files or apps.
  3. Clear Cache: If the app has an option to clear cache, try doing so. This can help resolve issues related to slow performance and freezing.
  4. Reinstall the App: Uninstall and then reinstall Adobe Express. This can sometimes resolve issues caused by corrupted files.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Tarun
