My son has recently signed up to Adobe express education. He uses an iPad an unlike his mates using PCs who can hit the + button and select the 'webpage' template, he cannot select this function from an iPad. What are we missing?

You mentioned that your son could not use the + function. Is it that the option is not visible, or does it not perform anything when you click on that. If possible, kindly share the screenshot as well. Kindly elaborate so that we can assist you accordingly.
He can see the + icon but unlike some of the tutorials we’ve seen presumably on a PC it does not provide the option to click on the webpage Template which is the one his teacher at school requires him to click on. Nor does the webpage template option seemingly appear in any other side bar or option. It’s as if the iOS version does not allow for the webpage template option at all unless it reached in some other fashion?
I will follow up with a screen shot as soon as I see him this afternoon after school.
