I have downloaded some fonts to adobe express on my desk top. They should automatically synch with my mobile device (yes I have the synch over Wi-Fi button on). Someone suggested reinstalling the app. This has now deleted ALL my fonts off my mobile app. They all still exist on my desk top but won't synch. HELP!

Been having the same issue and it's taken a lot of time up...the new Adobe Express "upgrade" sure seems like there's a lot of bugs that maybe should've been fixed prior to changing it all up.

Hello Jim, I see you posted this way back in October so any answer is superfluous. However, for others who might read this: with the new Adobe Express desktop app launched in August syncing with the mobile app is no longer possible. It is possible to bring projects from the mobile app to the new desktop but not the other way around. See this article on the conversion: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/express/kb/file-conversion-troubleshoot.html

A new mobile app is in beta but there is no timeline on when we will see this, so for not syncing is not an option.

I assume if they're minimizing the capabilities of mobile app prior to the desktop version, that more people are using desktop than mobile (I'd find that hard to believe...but maybe that's the case)? If so, bummer for all of us mobile app users.

How do we simply work on the brands that we created on the newer desktop version, in the mobile app? This used to be a possibility and the norm, and now we're not able to now. I don't want to work on projects on the desktop, I want to work on the brands on the mobile version that are on the desktop version. Thanks for any input and putting our frustrations at ease...

The mobile app is not being "minmized" - there is a new mobile version right now in beta testing. The new desktop app is built so differently and with many new features that the mobile just can't sync with it. That's why projects from mobile can be converted to the new desktop version, but we cannot work the other way around.
