First time using new app I am trying to create a poster but it wont let me as it saying storage full delete files, I have deleted all my files and still says same???

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry you're running into this issue!

If you've already deleted your files but still see the "storage full" message, please try the following steps:

1. Empty Deleted Items: Go to the “Your Stuff” section and check the Deleted folder — files here still count toward your storage. Make sure to permanently delete them.

2. Refresh the App: Log out and back in, or refresh the browser/app after clearing deleted items.

3. Try a Different Browser or Device: Sometimes, the storage status doesn't update right away.
