I want to say thank you to the creators of this capability. Wow! The text-to-image AI feature has so many possibilities...how will copyright and licensing work for using these images? As part of the educator community, we could use AI generative art in lessons, tutorials, webinars, etc. Also, this art could be used for book covers, and on and on. Any guidance you can provide will be greatly appreciated. I am using the education cloud plan now.

Thank you, Clyde.

Hi @Clyde31434614bq5g,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. To ensure commercial safety, Adobe trains the initial commercial Firefly model using Adobe Stock images, openly licensed content, and public domain material with expired copyrights. This approach allows for creative and commercial use while respecting copyright and licensing. Please feel free to familiarize yourself with the FAQ's.

If you have any more questions or require further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask, and if you feel this has helped answer your question, please consider marking this thread as the correct answer. It may help other community members with the same question and inform them that a correct answer is available.

Thank you for your continued support ❤️ in making Adobe Express better.
