Adobe Express Graphic Design on Chromebooks

Our chromebooks are managed through google. When I add the Adobe Express Graphic Design app for the Google Play store for kids to use its not appearing in the Play Store. Not sure if im missing something, or maybe its just not supported for Chromebooks. We're on ChromeOS 116. They are Lenovo E14 Chromebooks Gen2. I can add other apps and they appear instantly but Adobe Express will not.
