Hi there, I'm wondering if you can help? I have an Adobe Express account, which I use for creating marketing assets for my job. Over the past couple of weeks I've noticed that the Italic option for text is greyed out and can't be utilised. Bold and Underline still work, not Italic. I thought it might be a short term glitch which would right itself, but it's now ongoing for a significant period which is affecting my work. The issue is present either via the web or app versions of Adobe Express. I've also tried to use the chat function on the Adobe website to speak to an agent on a number of occasions, but the chat box keeps failing and ending the conversation. Please can you advise? All the best, Jonathan
It might be because Proxima Nova separates its fonts into more categories. See this screenshot: Proxima Nova has 16 variations of which Proxima Nova Regualr It which is your italic version of Proxima Nova that you were looking for. it's worth always checking that second box under the font name wheer it says Regular in case there are specific variations listed.

Hi
@MRJC
Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV
If the above-mentioned steps don't work, please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/4a7ZI2M are allowed.
Let us know how it goes.
Regards,
Tarun
