As of today, one of my shared libraries no longer appears inside Adobe Express. I have tried refreshing browser window, deleting cookie cache, a different browser - all with the same results. I am able to see the library in my Adobe account overview but NOT inside Adobe Express.
The library is not new - it has existed for over 18 months and until yesterday was working just fine.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi @_andWebb,
It sounds frustrating to lose access to your library, especially when it was working fine until yesterday. Here are a few things you can try to get it back in Adobe Express:
Open your Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries here: :link: Adobe Libraries
If it's a shared library, confirm with the owner that your access hasn’t been removed.
If you’re the owner, try re-sharing it: :link: How to Share Libraries.
Sign out of Adobe Express: :link: Adobe Express Logout
Also sign out of your Adobe Account completely: :link: Adobe Account
Clear your browser's cache and cookies: :link: Guide to Clear Cache
Sign back in and check if the library appears again.
Open Adobe Express in an incognito/private window: :link: How to Use Incognito Mode
If that doesn’t work, test it in another browser: :link: Download Chrome | :link: Download Firefox
Sometimes, Adobe services experience temporary issues. You can check the current status here: :link: Adobe Status
If you’ve tried all of the above and the library still isn’t showing up in Adobe Express, let me know:
:white_heavy_check_mark: The exact name of the missing library
:white_heavy_check_mark: Whether you can still see it in your Creative Cloud Libraries
:white_heavy_check_mark: A screenshot showing the issue
This will help escalate it to the right team faster. Let me know how it goes!
Best regards,
^MM

No. This does not help unfortunately. I am signed into the correct profile - all but three of my other libraries are visible and usable.
