Adobe Express Licencing

I've been using the Adobe express mobile app and I was wondering if you can use the design assets, shapes and fonts on products for sale? Can't seem to find an answer. Thanks

Thank you for reaching us; I'd like to inform you that Adobe Express and its features can be used for commercial purposes.

The design assets & shapes, as they are suggested, belong to Adobe. Users just need to modify the Adobe Assets to create their work.

How do I "modify" the Adobe assets/shapes so they could be used in an online store such as T-Shirt Design? I want to make sure I do it right so I don't get in trouble. Can they be used by themselves or what counts as modification?
