Hi @Dante,

Welcome to the Adobe Express Community!!

Are you having such issues with just one project, or is this happening with all projects you create?

Did you try working after cleaning the cache/cookies of the browser or on incognito/private browsing mode? If not, you can try doing that.

Also, you can try working on the mobile app and check whether the project's exports are the same as in the editor view.

Let us know about your observations.

Best,

Amitej

I'm having this issue with multiple projects and on all platforms. In browser and in app.
Cleaned cache and refreshed browser. Tried different browsers.

Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software you have running, as they may be blocking certain functionalities required by the platforms or apps.

I'm on Mac 😉

No anti-virus, no firewall.
this issue persists on all platforms (iOS, macOS, etc.)

Can't fix this, therefore I'll have to cancel my subscription. Too bad.

Hey @Dante,

We understand your frustration and would like to help you with this issue. However, when I tried replicating the same on a Mac device, it worked fine. Would it be possible for you to share a screenshot or a screen recording of the issue with the project in the design window & the downloaded project?

Thanks!
