The problem started a few months ago when the desktop app stopped working. I would open it and it would sit on the loading screen (white background with logo spinning) so I switched to the web versions, it was working on Chrome and then it stopped on chrome so I switched to Firefox and that worked for a while. But now Firefox stopped working also! I disabled all my firewalls and even uninstalled one of my antivirus softwares. Adobe Express seems to come and go, sometimes it will work and othertimes it will not. I updated my Nvidia drivers as mentioned in another post but it is still not working. It is super frustrating that Adobe has outsoursed its help to the community, but I appreaciate everyones help!

Hello Grant, this sounds frustrating. What operating system and computer power do you have? Have you been through all these system requirements to check your machine has got the necessary oomph?

Thanks for trying the troubleshooting you mentioned. In addition to Jane's suggestion of ensuring your system meets the requirements, these sometimes help in that situation too.
