Would you mind sharing the screenshot or a screen recording of the issue you're having trouble with? What workflow are you following? And if there is any error message pop-up, what might that be? 

Are you facing issues on any browser with Adobe Express Webapp? 

Please provide us with more details so we can understand the issue better.
