Dear all
Some users paying the Creative Cloud formula for Photo LrC/LrD/PS/Bridge and 20GB avec access to Adobe express premium. The were using Adobe Spark and they have received a mail that they will have access to Adobe Express premium
But some users paying the same formula does not seem to have access to Adobe Express Premium.
Is this differenc really exist? Seems yes. How to know if one user have access and the other one no ?
Kind regards

Hi @ouiouiphoto - Thanks for reaching out! Adobe Express is included as part of the Creative Cloud All Apps plan and some single-app plans. Users should access https://account.adobe.com/ to see if their single app plan includes Adobe Express. For more information please review the HelpX article below.

Thanks @Another_Phil but unfortunately this does not answer to my question. My question is why two users having the same plan (Photography plan (20GB)) don't have the same access to Adobe Express Premium. I make a lot of free training videos on LrC and PS and I have decided to make a demo of Adobe Express. Some of my subscriber paying the Photography plan (20GB) told me they don't have access to Adobe Express Premium. And me i have. I have received in 2021 a Mail from Adobe telling me I have this premium access because I was a Spark premium user that was included in the Photography plan (20GB) at this time. So i'm wondering if this difference of access is linked to the date of the subscription to the Photography plan (20GB).
Kind regards

Hi @ouiouiphoto - I'm not familiar with the email you received in 2021, but the best way for someone to know if they have access to Adobe Express Premium versus the free version is to review their account via https://account.adobe.com. Also, the FAQ is the best place to look for official answers.
I'm happy to look into your account if you'd like, however Adobe Express Premium access is not included in the Photography 20GB plan. The following link is a great resource for Creative Cloud plan and pricing information. https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html#

Thanks @Another_Phil . So it means the rules has changed in time. The mail receive in 2021 (In french) was telling me that my creative cloud subscription was including Adobe Spark and that Adobe Spark was replaced by Adobe Creative Cloud Express that include the premium versions of Adobe Creative Cloud Express, Adobe Premiere Rush, Adobe Photoshop Express, Adobe Spark Video and, Adobe Spark Page
That's probably why some of us have Adobe Express premium in the Photography plan and some other now don't have it anymore.
Kind regards
