Adobe Express Saving Garbage

Hello.

I am new to Adobe Express, but am finding this new version unable to save files without damaging them. I'm using Adobe photos. When saved, it's now black with white clouds. The Adobe Express application literally ruiined another project. Is anyone else having this problem or is Adobe not good at saving file contents? All comments are appreciated. Thank you.

I regulary clear the memory and restart my laptop, but doesn't seem to help the stated issue.

Additional question - For those using Canva, do you find that its platform can properly save files?
