Adobe Express Template Editing

I'm new to this. Loving it, but confused. Is there a good tutorial discussing editing templates in Adobe Express? Everything I watch on YouTube doesn't 100% correspond with what I see in my AE. There seem to be features missing. Example: When I find a template to edit, I spend most of the time deleting text with the delete key and entering text in the text box on the template, not a text box in the Add Text button on the left as I see in tutorials. Hello! Yes, there will be a bit of a disconnect for a little while. A new version of Adobe Express was launched in August, so perhaps many of the tutorials you are watching are using the previous version. 

Try searching for Adobe Express Beta - that way you should see the current version we are now using. Also, if searching on YouTube try filtering for videos published recently, that might also help you to find only current version tutorials.
