Adobe Express Web Video Editing Problem

I'm having trouble editing video on Adobe Express Web. It's not internet-related. It won't load or play the files. I haven't been able to use Adobe Express properly for a month now; it keeps giving me errors.

Could you please confirm whether this issue occurs with all video files or only specific ones, such as those with certain formats or sizes?

Please also ensure that your browser is updated to the latest official version (not beta), clear cache and cookies for all time, and check that no firewall, VPN, or antivirus software is blocking access.

It would also help to try editing in an incognito or private window, or using a different browser, to see if there’s any improvement.

If the issue persists, please share a short screen recording showing what happens when you try to load or play a video. This will help us identify the cause more accurately.
