Hello there,

Both website Version and Microsoft Store App are not working for me. It works fine on my iPhone.

Error: Something went wrong.
We've encountered a problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home.

I've tried clearing browser cache and Incognito mode.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

This is strange indeed.  Are you able to get to https://new.express.adobe.com/ now?

Looks like you are on Chrome, so this should work.

Hi @NIJIN GANGA

Could you check this response: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-bugs/we-ve-encountered-a-problem-try-refreshing-the-pag...

In particular, firewall settings seems to have played a role in some Windows users' experience (e.g., https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-bugs/we-ve-encountered-a-problem-try-refreshing-the-pag...) so it might be worth checking that (as a temporary measure).

Thanks,

Abhi G
