I'm a high school digital media teacher and my students have been using Adobe Spark for the last few years to created Learning Journals and portfolios of their work. Recently after the conversion to Creative Cloud Express, none of their images are appearing on their portfolios...the text and layouts show up but all images are gone. Can someone suggest a solution for this?
They have put a ton of work into creating these pages and I'm not going to ask them to rebuild them from scratch because of a branding change-over. I'm hoping there is a way to restore them to their previous state under Spark.
