I tried to upgrade to Adobe Pro, using the 7 day free trial. I waited over an hour for the upgrade to activate and it never did. So, I canceled the free trial. Your product doesn;t work and is way too expensive. It's a shame becuase you seem to have a monopoly on this kind of software. I need to be able to edit a PDF and I can't becua the upgrade never installed. ANd I tried everything your website suggested; unistalled, used the cleaner too, etc. Nothing worked!
Very dissatisfied!

You posted to the Adobe Express forum, and Adobe Express does not have a Pro version. It does have a Premium version. Are you trying to use Adobe Acrobat Pro for editing PDFs? Let us know and we will be happy to move your post.
Was it one PDF that you could not open or all PDFs?
When you tried to upgrade, what were you using before?
We also need your OS and version so we can better assist.
